Mme Faiza Issiakhem has helped me a lot, with registration to the programs of Integration and francization and with the preparation of docs. She is a friendly and helpful person and informs me regularly about any programs to be offered during the month.
The program of integration has helped me to know more important & valuable info about Quebec and about culture & possible ways to integrate. Moreover, the francization is improving my language & making me more confident in how I am trying as much as possible to communicate with others in French.
