You are eligible for part-time francization courses if you are an immigrant who:
- Resides in Quebec AND
- Is 16 years or older on June 30 of the current year AND
Has one of the following immigration statuses:
- Naturalized Canadian citizen
- Permanent resident
- Asylum seeker
- Protected person who obtained asylum
- CSQ holder
- Temporary resident, their spouse, partner, common-law partner and dependant children (work permit, study permit, temporary resident permit under codes 86 to 95)
- Person authorized to submit their request for Canadian residency (code 17 temporary visitor record or letter from IRCC authorizing subsequent processes in the request for permanent residency)
